JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. In this matter earlier this Court (Coram : Honourable Mr.Justice K.M.Thaker) vide order dated 06.03.2012 has observed as under :
"4. It is made clear to all the secured creditors that until and unless the entire set of documents (in original) are not handed over to the auction purchaser, any further order for disbursement will not be made. S.O. to 20th March 2012."
2. The respective parties are directed to bring the said fact in compliance of the said order by filing an appropriate affidavit.
