By an order dated 10.4.2012, the Bank of Baroda-the applicant herein was directed to hand over the documents supplied by the official liquidator. Mr. Bharat Jani, learned advocate for the applicant in Company Application No.457 of 2011 and opponent No.2 in Company Application No.373 of 2011 has tendered an affidavit in Company Application No.373 of 2011 in compliance with the earlier order dated 10.4.2012. The same is taken on record in Company Application No.373 of 2011. The official liquidator is further directed to examine those documents which are handed over by the Bank of Baroda and file further report. S.O. to 12.6.2012.
