JUDGMENT / ORDER

The sole opposite party Smt. Sarojani Agarwal has died leaving behind her husband Om Prakash Agarwal, son Ashok Agarwal and three daughters namely, Hem Lata, Rekha and Manju. Out of the aforesaid heirs and legal representiaves Om Prakash Agarwal has also died. He is represented his porosed heirs his son Ashok Agarwal and grand-son Abinav Agarwal.
Accordingly, son Ashok Agarwal, grand-son Abinav Agarwal and three dauthers are to be substituted as heirs and legal representatives. There is no opposition to such substitution.
Accordingly, substitution is allowed and office is directed to substitute the aforesaid persons as heirs and legal representatives of opposite party.
