The writ petitioner contended that the interim order granted by this Court on 26.10.2016 has been complied with and the balance amount has to be paid by installments. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is willing to pay the balance amount in ten installments, commencing from 1st September, 2017.
2. In view of these undertaking that this writ petitioner will pay the balance amount in ten installments from 01.09.2017, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
