JUDGEMENT
By the impugned judgment the present appellant was directed to consider and decide the representation submitted by the first and second respondents for the water supply and sanitary connections. There is no dispute that, accordingly, a decision has been taken by the present appellant by passing an order and in fact, the said order is the subject matter of a challenge in the writ petition.
2. In view of the above position, there is no reason to interfere with this writ appeal and the same is accordingly disposed of.
We make it clear that we have not adjudicated the matter on merits and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties are kept open.
