2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for a direction to the respondents to complete the investigation in a expeditious manner.
4. When the mater was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the investigation is at the verge of completion and filed a final report and in any case the respondent shall complete the same within an outer limit of three months.
The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
