JUDGMENT By the order dated 14-8-2018, the appellants’ counsel was directed to produce Resolution 102 of 2006 dated 4-7-2006. It is submitted that Draft Resolutions have been passed. When the appellants’ counsel was asked to point out the compliance of the said order, nothing is forthcoming from him. It is apparent that the said order has not been complied with. Under these circumstances, we find no ground to proceed further. The appeal is dismissed.
