This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 617 of 2017 (Bandana Singh Vs. Uma Shankar Singh), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Chandawak, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jaunpur.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending since 2017. The other side has already appeared before the Court below.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jaunpur to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
