ORDER:
As the civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order passed by the Joint Collector-respondent No.1 is not maintainable, since the said functionary is not a Court within the meaning of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, learned counsel for the petitioners requested for permission to withdraw this civil revision petition with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate remedy.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.3393 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
