O R D E R The petitioner challenged order dated 30.11.2016 in M.A. No.50/2014 whereby the order passed on I.A. No.1 in O.S. No.168/12 on 09.07.2012 was confirmed. The Miscellaneous Appeal was filed under Order 43 Rule 1 (r) of CPC.
On filing of the Revision Petition, this office had raised certain office objections. This Court granted time to comply with the office objections on 05.09.2017, 07.06.2018, 01.03.2019 and finally on 27.09.2019, wherein it was ordered if the office objections are not complied within two weeks list the matter for dismissal.
Today there is no representation for the petitioner. As the office objections are not complied with even after more than 2 years, revision petition stands dismissed.
