JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.37182 OF 2014 DATED:4.12.2014 Between:
Bandi Pochanna, Adilabad.
… Petitioner And The High Court of Judicature At Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana And the State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Registrar (Recruitment) and others … Respondents THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.37182 OF 2014 ORDER: (per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We are of the view that this Court, on the judicial side, cannot give any mandate as it is not a pure case of inequality under the law, as it appears that the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh as per its wisdom, decided to increase the upper-age limit for recruitment of government employees. It is a policy decision of the Government and this policy decision cannot bind other establishments as a matter of course, as all establishments have their own rules and procedures having regard to the requirement of the system of functioning. However, there is no bar that this subject cannot be considered as an idea or a suggestion.
Therefore, we dispose of the writ petition directing that the matter to be placed before the Hon’ble High Court on its administrative side to consider the same.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
There will be no order as to costs.
