… Respondents THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.13392 OF 2004 O R D E R It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that similar writ petitions were considered by this Court earlier in W.P.Nos.13381, 13378, 13394 and 13390 of 2004 and the said writ petitions were dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioners to canvass their legal entitlement, if any, before the appropriate authority or forum in accordance with law.
This writ petition is also dismissed accordingly with similar liberty. The interim order dated 30.07.2004 is accordingly vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
