ORDER: (per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
At this stage, we are not going to interfere with the action taken by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District. However, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge shall allow the writ petitioner herein to be assisted by the learned lawyer. We make it clear that the writ petitioner himself shall personally appear before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge on the date of hearing. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge will decide the matter independently, considering the cause shown, if any, in accordance with law.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
