Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
This petition has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of Case No.578 of 2018, computerized No.C/PAZ 050220782018 (Bandana Devi vs. Ajay Kumar Dubey) pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
