ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.1532/2014-A, dated 19.09.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.1532/2014-A, dated 18.11.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has set aside the impugned proceedings and restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.43684 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
