District & Sessions Judge, Mysuru by the Joint Registrar of this Court on 14.10.2019.
2. In view of the above, it is for the Prl. District & Sessions Judge, Mysuru to proceed with old No. A.S. 3/2018 and renumbered as Commercial A.S. No.85/2019 in Commercial Court Hall No.84 in City Civil Court, Bengaluru {as mentioned in the prayer (b) in this writ petition}, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off.
