The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.T- 20140203042543 (Bansh Lal & Ors. Vs. Gaon Sabha) under section 41 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 20140203042543 (Bansh Lal & Ors. Vs. Gaon Sabha) be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
