This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to quash the private complaint in S.T.C.No.3816 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivakasi .
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/Accused No.4 was acquitted in S.T.C.No.3816 of 2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, dated 01.08.2014 and he has produced a copy of the order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
