JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned APP Mr.Pujari invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. The convict was granted first furlough in the month of November-December 2011. He absconded therefrom and was lodged back in jail only after 108 days by police. Taking into consideration the said fact, the Court is not inclined to grant prayer for temporary bail. The application is rejected.
