Heard Sri Abhishek Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vishnu Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 i.e. District Magistrate/Collector, District-Bulandshahar to consider the petitioner's representation as contained in Annexure-3 and is dated 26.06.2020 on its own merits within stipulated time.
Without commenting on the merits of the intimation of the petitioner, this petition can be disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate/Collector, District-Bulandshahar to consider the petitioner's representation, if petitioner approaches him along with a copy of the writ petition within 15 days from today, then Collector/District Magistrate shall make an endeavour to decide the representation through a speaking order within a further period of 30 days.
