This Court has decided the issue raised in the present writ petition by means of an order dated 27.7.2021 passed in Writ-A No. 5384 of 2021 (Dharmendra Kumar Patel vs. State of U.P. And 3 Others). As the facts of the present case are similar to that of the petitioner in Writ-A No. 5384 of 2021, the petitioner is also entitled to the same benefits.
Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed on the same terms and conditions as Writ-A No. 5384 of 2021.
