The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed that his SCC Suit No. 49 of 2007 Balvir Saran Goyal vs. Kishan Kumar and another, which is pending before the Additional District Judge, Court No.9 Agra be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
It is contended by annexing the complete order sheet that the other side is unnecessarily delaying for disposal of the suit causing harassment to the petitioner who is a senior citizen.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the court below (respondent no.2) to decide the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
