Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present application the applicant is assailing the validity and veracity of the order dated 05.11.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Saharanpur by rejecting criminal transfer application no. 100 of 2018 arising out of Sessions Trial No. 244 of 2011, case crime no. 97 of 2010) under Sections 302 and 307 IPC, P.S. Nagal, District Saharanpur.
I do not find any good ground to interfere in the impunged order accordingly, the application is hereby rejected.
