List has been revised but nobody is present on behalf of the applicants.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 14.12.2012 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.65357 of 2012 (Balveer Singh & others Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with.
Learned counsel for the applicants has no objection.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the present contempt application is dismissed.
