Admit.
Until further orders of the Court, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 4.10.2007, passed by MACT/Additional District Judge, Court No.4, Fatehpur in MACP No.295 of 2002 shall remain stayed provided the appellants deposit 2/3 of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
The claimants (award holder) will be entitled to lift the amount without any security.
