Counsel for the petitioner is not present.
This petition has been filed with a prayer for quash the FIR of case crime No. 930 of 2009 under section 364, 504 IPC, P.A. Mohammadi, District Lakhimpur Kheri.
Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case investigation has been completed and final report has been submitted. This writ petition has become infractuous.
Accordingly it is disposed of.
