JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the First Information Report there is only a suspicion that the applicant was also involved in the conspiracy.
Learned A.G.A. argued that there is some evidence against the applicant that he along with other co-accused, who have been assigned the main role is involved in the conspiracy.
Having considered submissions of learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Balveer Nath, involved in Case Crime No. 451 of 2009, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504, 506, 120B I.P.C. and 3(1)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Farah, District Mathura, be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
