Heard Sri Birendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that S.C.C. Suit No.33 of 2016 (Balveer Kaur v. Sunder Furniture) pending in the court of Special Judge (E.C. Act)/ Additional District and Sessions Judge/M.A.C.T, Kanpur Nagar, may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide S.C.C. Suit No.33 of 2016 (Balveer Kaur v. Sunder Furniture) Kanpur Nagar, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
