JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Hiren M. Modi, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that new elections for the panchayat have taken place and, therefore, the order impugned has no efficacy. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
