However, learned Advocate Mr.Premal S.Rachh, on perusal of papers, states that Balubhai Hamirbhai Vala has already paid the dues and therefore, the applicant has no surviving grievance. Learned Advocate places on record a copy of document dated 30.05.2012. He states that in that view of the matter, the application has become infractuous. The same is disposed of accordingly.
