JUDGMENT / ORDER

Nobody is present for the petitioner. In pursuance to the order dated 18th December 2012, the concerned Investigating Officer with reference to M case No. 10 of 2006, registered before Varachha Police Station, is present before the Court. It is disclosed by Mr. L.R. Poojari, learned APP that the statement of some witnesses were taken and therefore, he would like to disclose relevant facts on record by appropriate mode.
State may take appropriate steps to disclose requisite information on record with in three weeks. Matter is adjourned, list after three weeks.
