This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Charge Sheet/Proceedings in C.C.No.9 of 2012 on the file of the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore and to set aside the same.
2. The Petitioners in this case are the Accused Nos.7 and 8 and they are challenging the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.09 of 2012 on the file of the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has reported that the accused in this case were acquitted on 24.10.2016.
Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
