This application is supported by joint affidavit of the applicants, Balram and Pooja Rani who is sister of Kapil Kumar the opposite party no. 2. They have stated that marriage has taken place between them on 19.12.2015 at Ghaziabad.
The T.C. of the victim, Pooja Rani, has been brought on record which shows that her date of birth is 06.08.1996 In view of the above the applicants are entitled to interim relief. Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable within four weeks. He may file counter affidavit within the same period.
Until further orders of this court further proceedings of Case No. 125 of 2016, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Jahangirabad, District- Bulandshahar, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar shall remain stayed.
