Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Irshad Husain, learned Brief Holder appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to grant permission to file a complaint against the Public Servant who have caused offence against the petitioner as well as family members by implicating them in a false case which has resulted in the mental, physical and financial loss to them.
Learned A.G.A. has drawn the attention of the court towards the prayer made in the writ petition for which learned counsel for the petitioner could not give satisfactory reply.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to avail the remedy available before appropriate forum.
