Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
For execution of an order in appeal filed against the decree, the petitioner has approached this Court.
The petitioner can approach the executing court for execution of the appellate order, if the order in civil appeal is not being complied with by the parties to the suit. In a writ proceeding such a direction cannot be given.
