1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(A) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased admit and allow this application;
(B) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 165 days in filing restoration application;
(B) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the restoration of Company petition no.121 of 2011;
(C) That applicant may be granted such further and other relief or relief's, as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."
2. Heard Mr. Rutvij M. Bhatt, learned advocate for the applicant. Mr. Bhatt undertakes to remove all the office objections on or before 30.4.2012.
3. Considering the undertaking given by the learned advocate for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and is hereby allowed. The delay of 165 days in filing the present application is hereby condoned and the main matter is restored to file on condition of depositing Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) in Gujarat High Court Advocates' Library.
