This writ petition was filed assailing the proceedings No.DVC/289/2010 dated 31.05.2012 passed by the District Water Management Agency, Warangal, terminating the petitioner from service as a Field Assistant at Kalleda Village, Parvarthagiri Mandal, Warangal District.
2. By order dated 26.06.2012, this Court took note of the fact that the impugned proceedings were passed based on aspects which were not even mentioned in the charge sheet dated 03.05.2012 issued to the petitioner and accordingly granted interim suspension thereof.
3. It is now conceded by Sri P. Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Parvathagiri Mandal, Warangal District and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the State of Telangana appearing for the 2nd respondent that the impugned proceedings were passed in violation of the principles of natural justice, as the petitioner was not afforded full opportunity to meet all the allegations made against him which were taken into account in the said proceedings. Recording the said statement, the impugned proceedings dated 31.05.2012 are set aside.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the respondents to initiate action afresh against the petitioner, if warranted, in accordance with law and in due compliance with the principles of natural justice. The interim order dated 26.06.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
