Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. C.B.Upadhyaya, learned advocate for the applicant as well as considering the medical certificate on record, so also considering submission that father aged about 67 years and one brother, not minor, in the family are available, this Court is of the opinion that there are other family members who can attend the mother of the applicant and hence rejected.
