Shri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the writ court order has been complied. Claim of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 23 February 2019. Copy of the order has been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to assail the order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
