Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are office bearers of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. The allegations made against the applicants are false and frivolous which have been for the purpose of harassment. The complaint has been filed by O.P.No.2, who is a student of the University. Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A., further proceedings of Complaint Case No.724 of 2010 under sections 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Hari Parwat, District Agra pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
