Heard counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for opposite party. The claim of the petitioner is that he has been working since 1986 on muster roll but according to the report of the office, his statement that he is working since 1986 is wrong and has worked in the year 1986 only for 62 days and then in the year 1989 only for 91 days. Therefore, there is factual dispute which can be resolved only after perusal of the record.
