Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 06.07.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 512 of 2017, U/S 498-A, 323, 342, 506, 377, 392 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Jagdishpura, District Agra (annexure no. 2) to this writ petition)."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 377/2018 dated 29.04.2018, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, if he so desires and is advised, for appropriate relief.
