COMMON ORDER:
Though in the writ petition, learned Government Pleader was asked to get instructions on 10.11.2014, petitioner’s counsel has now filed WP MP No.44696 of 2014 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. It is stated in the affidavit of the petitioner that the dispute is settled with respondent No.2 and he has tendered unconditional apology to her and requested to settle the dispute outside the court. Accordingly, the dispute is stated to have been settled in the presence of elders and mediators. Keeping in view the age of respondent No.7, the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and seeks withdrawal of the writ petition.
In view of the same, the petition viz., WP MP No.44696 of 2014 is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
