Heard Sri Pankaj Tiwari and Sri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition questioning the orders dated 15.11.2017 and 07.09.2017 passed by the Armed Force Tribunal, Lucknow in Original Application No.387 of 2017 by which the application of the petitioner has been dismissed and even the application to recall the said order has been rejected.
The aforesaid orders are final orders and are not interlocutory in nature.
Section 30 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 provides for an appeal to the Supreme Court against the final decision of the Tribunal.
In view of the above provision of appeal to the Supreme Court, we are of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitle to any discretionary relief.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
