Learned counsel for the applicants submit that the opposite party only in order to harass the applicants with malafide intention had been filing repeated complaints.
Till further orders of this Court proceedings in the Case Crime No.374 of 2017 (New Case No. 1116 of 2017) (State Vs. Balister and others) registered as Case Crime No. 08 of 2017, under sections 452, 323, 504 IPC, PS Ushait, District Budaun, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/J.M., Budaun insofar as the applicants are concerned shall remain stayed.
