This petition impugns the order of 21 March 2016 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shahganj, Jaunpur in terms of which application 6-C filed by the petitioners for grant of temporary injunction has been rejected and the appeal preferred against that order has also been dismissed by an order of 15 September 2020 passed by the Additional District Judge-IV Jaunpur.
Having heard the counsel for parties, the Court finds no ground to invoke its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution in respect of an order in terms of which the Appellate Court has affirmed and upheld the order of injunction issued by the trial Court pending disposal of the suit. The aforesaid order is not shown to suffer from any palpable or manifest error.
The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
