Heard Shri Rajendra Prasad Sharma holding brief of Shri Ashish Kumar Gaur, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Submission of learned counsel for applicant is that inadvertently complainant of the case is not being impleaded as party and therefore liberty may be granted to file a better bail application impleading the complainant as a party so that notices may be issued.
The application stands dismissed with liberty to file a better one. Certified copy, if any, may be returned to the applicants' counsel.
