1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 19.04.2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bardoli in Criminal Case No.2094 of 2004.
2. Learned advocate Mr.Nehal Gandhi for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contents of the petitioner.
