1. Learned APP Mr. Patel was to record the statement of the convict explaining as to what happened during his release on temporary bail between 2.7.2011 to 22.7.2011. Learned APP places on record the statement of the convict wherein it is stated that during his earlier release on temporary bail, he did try for the engagement of his elder daughter at two to three places but as he did not found a suitable match, the engagement could not take place.
2. Taking into consideration the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The present convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.
3. The convict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the above temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
