JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for 30 days so as to undertake engagement of two daughters.
[2] Learned Additional Public Prosecutor invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks wherein earlier in the month of July, 2011, the convict was released on temporary bail for 21 days for the same purpose i.e. engagement of his daughter.
[2] Rule returnable on 24.05.2012. Learned APP to take instructions.
